Eligibility for Returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days using your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you can always return your order within 30 days and place a new order for your desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
